Service Council Contributes to Little Sisters of the Poor's Work

Collegiate’s Service Council organized a collection of Thanksgiving food for Little Sisters of the Poor. Two seniors in the council visited Little Sisters last week to discover more about the organization and presented their findings to their peers at an assembly. They learned that the organization’s mission is to “offer the elderly, of every race and religion, a home” and to “create a family.” The food that students donated will be used to serve the elderly residents of Little Sisters a Thanksgiving meal.
