Upper School Thespians Present Eurydice

Collegiate’s Upper School thespians, the Collegiate Players, will present Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl this week.

Performances will be held on Thursday (April 4), Friday (April 5) and Saturday (April 6) at 7:30 p.m. in Oates Theater.

Eurydice is a modern re-imagination of the classic Orpheus myth, told through the eyes of its heroine. Dying too young on her wedding day, Eurydice must journey to the underworld, where she reunites with her father and struggles to remember her lost love. With contemporary characters, ingenious plot twists and breathtaking visual effects, the play is a fresh look at a timeless love story.

Tickets are $10 each, and are available for purchase by credit card at the School's Ticketleap site. For more information, to pay via student account or for accessible seating, please contact Kate Parthemos at kparthemos@collegiate-va.org.
