Charles Samuels '94 Takes On Big Job

Congratulations to Charles Samuels '94 who was elected today to be president of City Council. Charles represents the 2nd District and recently won re-election. His co-councilmen/women voted unanimously for him to succeed Kathy Graziano as president. Read more on the Times-Dispatch's website.
