Indoor Soccer Wins Valentine Classic

The Collegiate yellow soccer team brought home the Valentine Classic trophy.  We played three 24 minute  games on Thursday night and took first place in the  group which got us into the quarter - finals on Saturday.

Quarter finals-  Collegiate vs St. Chris-  We won 2-0

Semi- finals-  We beat Steward -  3-1

Final-  We beat Christchurch who was first place in another group 4-0

The one thing that really stuck out to me is that we not never got tired, which allowed us to play great soccer ( that is partly do to the environment in the weight room and how hard we challenge each other during practice)  throughout the entire tournament.

Here is the list of players on the team-  Gordon and Kevin made the all tournament team and Thomas was the mvp of the tournament
