Girls Present Christmas Pageant Dec. 6 & 7
A tradition since the early days of Collegiate, when we were a girls' school located downtown on Monument Avenue, girls in grades 5-12 will present a Christmas Pageant at All Saints Church on River Road, Monday and Tuesday at 5:30pm.
The hour-long Pageant is all choral music (no speaking parts), and the girls play all of the roles with seniors featured in the main parts. There are two choirs -- the 7th and 8th Grade balcony chorus and the Upper School Glee Club up front. Free and open to the public, the pageant is an annual tradition for many Collegiate friends.
NOTE: The doors to All Saints Church on River Road open at 4 pm, and the church does fill up fast! The nursery will be staffed with a school employee. Please do not bring food or drinks into the church. No flash cameras.
