Collegiate offers employees working at least 80% FTE the opportunity to participate in a voluntary dental insurance plan through Delta Dental.  Employees can choose from either a High Option plan, which offers coverage for preventative, basic and major services, or a Low Option plan, which offers coverage for preventative and basic services.  Premiums are deducted from pay on a pre-tax basis.

FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN/HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
