Change in Pickup Procedures at Regular Dismissal Time

There has been a change in today's after school dismissal routine.
Please follow the pickup procedures below that are applicable to your student(s):

LOWER SCHOOL
* All walker and carpool students will be dismissed to their assigned carpool location for pickup.
* Please have your carpool hang tag displayed on your rear view mirror for easy identification.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

For dismissal when sports after-school activities are not canceled:

* Students not in after-school sports will dismiss from the Reeves Center (building between South Science and Seal Center on the loop road).
* Walkers may be picked up in the Reeves Center carpool area.
* Middle School students who normally ride with Upper School siblings should be met by their siblings in the Middle School front hall.

For dismissal when all after-school activities are canceled:

* 5th and 6th Grade students will dismiss from the Reeves Center (building between South Science and Seal Center on the loop road).
* 7th and 8th Grade students will dismiss from the Seal Center.
* Walkers may be picked up in the carpool areas.
* Middle School students who normally ride with Upper School siblings should be met by their siblings in the Middle School front hall.

UPPER SCHOOL

* Upper School drivers will be dismissed to their cars as soon as it is safe to do so.
* Upper School carpool riders will be dismissed from Pitt Hall (main Upper School building) to their carpool once it is safe to do so.
* Upper School walkers may be picked up in carpool, or will be dismissed to walk once it is safe to do so.

AFTER-SCHOOL QUEST STUDENTS

* Cougar Quest, Kinder Quest and Middle School Quest will stay open until 6 p.m. today, and Activity Quest activities will be held as scheduled.

ATHLETICS
Parents of Upper School and Middle School students participating in, or scheduled to attend, athletics practices or games should follow updates issued by your team's coaches.
