A little more than a century ago, people discovered that playing a series of pictures together creates the illusion of movement and movies and television have been the most popular form of media and storytelling ever since. If you love movies and TV, and are interested in the process that goes into creating the stories that people around the world spend much of their time and money enjoying, then please join us for a week of fun and a collaborative creative problem-solving! Campers will use professional recording and editing equipment to create their very own short films.
Dan Bell, Collegiate’s Middle School Technology teacher, has taught media, design, production, and technology at the K-12 level and has worked professionally as a media producer for over 10 years.
