Entrepreneurship Club Visits Amazon Fulfillment Center

Collegiate Middle School students in the Cougar Entrepreneurship Club visited the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Chester, Virginia, to see firsthand how an Amazon package gets to a doorstep once it is ordered online.

The 1.2 million-square-foot facility has cranked out orders since 2012, and annually hires thousands of seasonal employees to keep up with demand. Here’s a glimpse of what the 6th, 7th and 8th Grade students experienced on their tour.
