Social Entrepreneurship Senior Seminar Works With Local Startups

As part of Jere Williams’ Social Entrepreneurship Senior Seminar, students met with local businesses in the beginning phases of growth. Students and business owners formed breakout groups to review business plans, brainstorm creative ideas in social entrepreneurship and set goals for their working relationship over the coming semester.

  • Full STEAM ahead - Conference dedicated to inspiring middle school girls in pursuit of studies and careers in science, technology, engineering, arts and math         
  • Savvy & Well - Meal baskets one-for-one model       
  • Hummingbird Gardens - Growing herbs and edible flowers         
  • Next Move Program - Guided internship opportunities for young people with special needs
  • Trilogy Mentors - Mentoring for high school students from college students on a needs basis
