Scott Smith

After 40 years of serving in teaching and leadership roles at a number of first-rate schools, including Collegiate since 2020, Director of Admission and Enrollment Management Scott Smith has decided to retire at the end of June. In his long, distinguished career, regardless of his role, Scott was always instructing, guiding and mentoring, just as he set out to do when he answered the call to education almost four decades ago. He has applied his holistic and nuanced leadership to such an important and complex area of school life. His keen grasp of systems thinking has been instrumental to Collegiate as we strive towards more data-driven admissions and enrollment decisions. We are grateful for Scott’s contributions to Collegiate and are happy for him as he embarks on this new chapter with his growing family.
