Parent and Me Tennis

$50 per individual for all four sessions
(Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

Campers should bring a racquet, filled water bottle, sun protection (sunscreen and hat/visor), a towel and a healthy snack.
Join in on the fun with your child and help them develop the necessary skills to play tennis. Learn how the court, net, racquet and balls are modified to the age and skill level of each child, using the USTA Quick Start Format. You and your child will run through drills together and play games which will develop their tennis skills, all while having fun.
Karin Whitt is the current boys’ and girls’ tennis program leader and head varsity boys’ and girls’ coach at Collegiate. The Collegiate girls’ tennis team captured recent (2009-2015) LIS championships and the 2009 VISAA championship. Karin will use her years of experience as a high school, college and USTA 5.0-rated player, along with her 12 years of coaching experience to raise your game to the next level. Current Collegiate tennis coaches and/or former members of the Collegiate varsity tennis teams will assist Coach Whitt.
