Upper School Faculty Member Will Present at International Conference

Dr. Bart Thornton, Collegiate's Upper School Dean of Faculty and English Deparrment faculty member, has been selected to present a paper at "Oz Wallace," an international conference devoted to novelist David Foster Wallace that will be held in Melbourne, Australia in September. 

This is the first worldwide conference honoring Wallace since September 2014, when Dr. Thornton presented a paper on Wallace at The Sorbonne in Paris.  In Melbourne, he'll be speaking about the intersections between Wallace's Infinite Jest and 1990's deconstructivist architectural theory.
