Winter Party & Auction
The first and longest-running non-profit auction in Richmond, the Winter Party & Auction has evolved into the School’s largest fundraising event, with spectacular auction items and unique entertainment. Brought to life by the creative minds of this year's chairs, Marshall ’93 and Matt Rigby P ’23 ’25 and Janelle and Aaron Sullivan P ’24 ’26, this event celebrates our community with the theme of "All Together Now." 
 
A wonderful night out to support Collegiate School, while socializing with other parents from all three divisions in a fun and festive environment, the Winter Party & Auction is the not-to-be-missed event of the year!

  • When and where is it?

    Friday, Feb. 11, 2022 at the Main Street Station Train Shed. This venue boasts unlimited capacity, so all members of our community are able to attend! Parking will be available but ride share services Uber and Lyft are also great transportation options. 
     
    We are planning to gather in person. However, we will continue to monitor COVID-19 and will change to a virtual event if deemed necessary.
  • How can I support the Auction?

    • Donate an item or experience - Vacation homestays, private experiences and sporting events are always popular, but no donation is too small! Contact Paige Fox to inquire about making a donation.
    • Become a Sponsor - Our various sponsorship levels are designed to help your company meet its marketing objectives. For additional information, contact Katherine Bulifant or call 804.741.9718.
    • Attend the event - Invitations will be mailed in early January. The cost is $150 per person and includes a full bar as well as a seated dinner. Tables consist of 10 people, but you do not need a full table to RSVP! We will happily seat you in a great spot. Should the event move to a virtual format, pricing will be adjusted.
    • Bid on auction items - Bids can be made in the weeks leading up to the event and at the event. Bidding will begin on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022. All bidding happens through a bidding application on your mobile device. Your bid number will be available when you register. One bid number will be assigned per family for the Live Auction unless you request otherwise.
    • Spread the word - Talk about the Winter Party & Auction and encourage your friends to attend!
  • What am I supporting?

    All funds raised at this year's Winter Party & Auction will directly benefit our students, faculty and staff through programs and initiatives that allow for a robust Collegiate experience that fosters the intellectual, moral, emotional and physical development of each student.
  • How do I pay for Auction items?

    Please remit payment in full on the night of the Winter Party & Auction via our credit card processing arrangement directly on your smartphone. If payments are not collected that evening, we will contact you the following business day for payment via cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
