Spring Party & Auction

The first and longest-running non-profit auction in Richmond, the Spring Party & Auction has evolved into the School’s largest fundraising event, with spectacular auction items and unique entertainment. Brought to life by the creative minds of this year's chairs, Marshall ’93 and Matt Rigby P ’23 ’25 and Janelle and Aaron Sullivan P ’24 ’26, this event celebrates our community with the theme of "All Together Now."

A wonderful night out to support Collegiate School, while socializing with other parents from all three divisions in a fun and festive environment, the Spring Party & Auction is the not-to-be-missed event of the year! Click here to purchase your tickets.

  • What am I supporting?

  • How does mobile bidding work?

    • Mobile bidding allows you to bid anytime via smartphone, tablet or computer. You can bid on items, watch items and be instantaneously alerted when you get outbid.
    • Bid: This automatically enters the next minimum bid amount. You will be prompted to confirm your bid.
    • Change bid amount: Manually enter any amount that is greater than the “next bid.”
    • Set maximum bid: So that you don’t risk getting outbid at the last minute, everyone is encouraged to set a max bid. The auction software will automatically raise your bid by a predetermined increment until your maximum bid has been met or the silent auction ends.
    • Watch item: This adds items to your “My Items” list for easy reference later.
    • Bid as a couple: Be sure to log in or register with one email and password to avoid bidding against one another.
  • How do I pay for Auction items?

Please remit payment in full on the night of the auction via our credit card processing arrangement directly on your smartphone. If payments are not collected that evening, we will contact you the following business day for payment via cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
  • What does it cost to attend?

$150 per person. Sponsorship tickets are available. RSVP online by Monday, April 25
